Australian Wall Mural orders are shipped via a courier service. All wall murals are printed once payment has been received unless stock is available in store. All murals are packaged into heavy cylinders to ensure it's safe arrival.
After placing your order you will be contacted via email confirming your order. Wall Murals vary in delivery time frame from 7 days to 28 days depending on brand.
OVERSEAS Orders please contact us direct to arrange a quotation for you on shipping your item from Australia to your country. Please provide country, state and postcode. Orders received outside of Australia will receive an adjustment invoice for international courier costs. Customs duties may apply in some countries and the buyer will be responsible for these costs should they be incurred.

Quotes for installation are available for Perth Metro residents. We do make country trips but only for large installations.
Refunds: Murals - please check your mural for faults before installation. If mural is found to be faulty you will need to contact us. Murals are made to order or special orders so no refunds or returns unless we need to deal with a fault. All murals are Quality Assurance checked by manufacturer.
Wall Paper Rolls - please select carefully we do not exchange for change of mind. If product found to have a fault please contact us. All returns are at the cost of the purchaser. Colours may vary online from actual product due to resolution settings.
